Alchemy turns the useless things into the gold, the Lapis Philosophorum. But the goal of alchemy is the belief that sublimate human and the life to the next level rather than making gold. The material of earth, water, air, and fire create the nature by its own movement in . These four elements can represent the masters in Koganecho because they change not only simple materials but also their life into something special through their labor. In this book, I met 13 people who devoted their lives to one work more than 40 years. Among them, I took video of 4 people who can represent four elements.
